I have attended H1B interview in dubai almost 4 to 5 years back. Now I am applying B1 from India. When I attended H1 interview, they have given me a slip that they need to evaluate my application for experience and technical skills. But I moved from UAE in a year to India. So I could not get any chance to know my application status, whether it has been rejected or not? Now while filling DS 160 for B1
I have seen one question while filling DS160
Have you been rejected any visa from US embassy?
Should I say yes or no?
