B1 Query

Hi,

I have a valid L2 visa. My husband have valid L1 and B1 visa. He is travelling to US on B1 visa. Can I travel to US in the same period on L2?

No. You are on L2 status only when Primary L1 status is in US on L1. If he is going there on B1 you cannot travel with him on your L2. This is my opinion not legal advice.
