I will complete 5 years that my GC was issued on June 2, 2013. I have never left the US after I got the GC. How long before can I submit the application for Citizenship ? Also, can I apply for my spouse's GC along with my application for the citizenship ?

You can apply 90 yes (NOT 3 months) before that date. But to be safe, apple maybe 80 das before, in case CIS tanks you submitted the application too early and rejects it. Your spouse, if he/she is also eligible, can also apply with you.
