Hi guys.My daughter received her passport today and they also returned her green card(she is 17 and got her citizenship base on my naturalization).So, does anybody knows if she still have to came once a year or it's not necessary anymore? She leaves over see and only comes here in the summer.Thank you all very much! regards

She does NOT need to come back. She can live wherever she wants, for however long she wants. You ought to apply for a certificate of citizenship for her (N600) for more permanent proof of citizenship.
