hi. i hve a little confusion would like to know something ..
i m Canadian citizen married to a US LPR and had a baby last month in the US
i know little that citizen parents babies become citizens no matter where they are born ..
but in my situation i was legally married only 3 months before my baby was born out of canada.
does anyone know if my baby is eligible to become Canadian citizen? ( legally married only 3 months before my baby was born )
