I have one visit outside US for 11 months. Out of the total 60 months I've been out for 15 months. Should I apply? If yes what proofs I've to give

The immigration law is clear, if one's trip outside the US lasts 12 months then this means that person has broken his/her residency and his counter is resit to zero days spent in the US. Regarding the 11 months absence in one trip I think you need to prove to the interview officer that you had a very strong reason that forced you to stay their (had been hospitalized,....). I know that N-400 requires all trips outside the US and also I guess it asks if you had made a trip that lasted 6 months and more outside the US...never the less, give a try and apply if you wish...
