I already passed my n400 interview and I got my letter for the oath ceremony at same day and it is for next week 04/23/2013. After that I need to travel back home for an emergency. Can I apply for my passport after the oath ceremony and get at the same day. And also how much it will cost???

You can't get the passport on the same day. Even if you apply for expedited service, it will still take at least 7 to 10 days.

You can apply at a passport office (not post office) if, once you take the oath, you need to travel within 14 days. You will likely get it the same day or the next day. You'll need proof of travel. Check out the State Department's passport site.
