    question about living in U.S.

    Hello my name is Von Somoff Kirill, and I have gor a question about state social help. I have got american citizenship and I want to live in California ,but I havent got any flat or house.Have you got some social program or help for my case or give me some advise.     You can get social security and medicare when you retire only if you have contributed earlier to that system. Otherwise, there are no benefits.

      immihelp, do you think he could probably approach the California Section 8 housing option since it's the state where he's at?
