Name change document error

Hi, I got my naturalization paper this August, and I found that the document that proves my name change (Petition for Name Change) had my original name wrong (It does not match my SSN card, driver’s license, green card, or any other official document that I have. The name on the naturalization paper, which is the name that I want to change to, is correct). I called USCIS, and also visited the local office in person, but was told that there was nothing they could do to fix the problem. Because of this error on the document, I could not change my name on all my other documents (SSN card, driver’s license) to match the naturalization paper. I really don’t know what to do next. Could anyone give me some advice? Thanks very much and I really appreciate it!

Does the old name on the name change document match your name on your birth certificate, because that's what they go by.

If you find any error or mistakes in your citizenship certificate, you can file for N-565(Application for Replacement Naturalization/Citizenship Document).when you submitting the form you need to attach the incorrect document. If applying because of a name change, submit the original certificate. If a clerical error was made by USCIS, no fee is required. If the error is from your side, the fee of $380 must be paid.

I got my naturalization certificate on june 14, 2016, and I found error in my name change document on naturalization certificate nothing is wrong every thing is good.. for my issue i have changed my named so before i have used my name with middle name of my husband and now new name in only my first name and last name. the paper describes like that my old name was (MINABAHEN AASHESHKUMAR PATEL). And now I am changing name MINA PATEL. the problem is they print one extra A befor my husband name, It is supposed to be ALPABAHEN ASHESHKUMAR PATEL. So i have too much tension about this. can you plz tell me it can make problem when i got to change my name at SSN,DL and applyinf for passport. I saw you have a little same problem like me in the paper of name change document with your first old name. so can you plz help me to solve my problem... And you have that problem in 2013 so can you plz tell me how did you solve your problem...It will be appreciated.....Thanks.
