  • Need Neutralization/Green Card Help

Hello, I have a few questions about obtaining neutralization/green cards/citizenship. I am currently 18 years old, and have been living in America since 2003(Second Grade), I have been enrolled in school since I got here. I currently live with my Step-Father, Mother, 2 Brothers(Same situation as me), and my Step-Nephew. Around Mid-February I plan on moving out into an apartment with my girlfriend and son. The problem is; I cannot get a job, obtain a drivers license, or anything of that nature. My mother has been no help at all, she said she is "waiting on paperwork", but I know, my Step-Dad knows, and my grandparents know that this is a complete lie. I was born in Ontario, Canada in 1995 on December 18th. I just need help really bad, my son is currently 2 months old and I have no means to support him(my girlfriend has a stable job). I am not sure on any Visa's or anything. Thank you for any help.

P.S- Can signing up for Military services help me obtain a green card, or give me neutralization/permanent residence?

First of all - not "Neutralization", only Naturalization - it is a process of obtaining the Citizenship. Before you think of that, you have to start with getting Permanent Resident Card (Green Card).
Second of all - what visa did all your family use to come to the USA? Visitor's Visa? Any other one? Ask your Mom. I guess she doesn't have a Green Card either... what about your step-father? Is he a US citizen?
Is your girlfriend a US citizen?
