Hi, I've been a permanent residence since 2001 married to an American since then and still, finally decided to apply for citizenship.
- Is it better to apply based on 3 years being married or 5 years being resident?
-I have an older N-400 form (No 1615-0052 expires 03-31-2013) that I completed earlier but never printed. because the new form is a little bit more complicated and double the pages, is it OK to use this form and send it out. will they accept it even it shows expires in 03-31-20013?
-What do you use to send the application and the rest of the documentation Fedex, Usps.......?
-I hear people talking about Packet, what is it? where do you buy it?
-My Tax returns are in a big envelopes that accountant gives us every year, which part do u send with your documentation?
