If any US-citizen is earning more than 18000 US $ , does he also need to submitt the affidavit of support to embassy?

In short, is this condition i.e, submission of affidavit of support removed, if the USA citizen iz earning more than 18000 US dollars ?

You mean to say, no matter if a person iz earning more than 18,600$, even in that case he has to submitt the affidavit of support. Right ?

I thought only the people earning below 18600 Us $ have to submit this affidavit of support.

No matter whateva iz the income figure, none of the person iz exempt from the submission of form i-864 (affidavit of support) . ??
