Hello rayb..!

Is there any chance of rejection of spouse-visa at interview day. Although i have done with my medical recently. After medical how many chances of getting a spouse visa ?

Denial of a spousal visa can happen, but the reviewers prefer to put questionable decisions on Administrative Review for additional requested evidence or supervisory approval. One would expect a spousal visa to be approved when all evidence is in and both parties appear to meet all eligible criteria. But interviewer bias can result in a denial if he believes there is insufficient income to support the wife or insufficient proof of a "bonified" relationship.
