Name change on Neutralization Certificate

Hi, I have a problem. When I went threw neutralization a number of years ago, I changed my last name to my fathers but I never changed it on my SS or anything else for that matter. Now I’m trying to get a Driver’s license and having a lot of trouble because my neutralization (proof of birth) and my SS have different last names. I need this license/ID to be under my original name since all my records are under that one. How do I go about changing my name on the neutralization certificate?

First, you will have to go through name change process again through court.

Then file Form N-565, /show-form/n-565

Thank you. Also, if i have to go threw a court name change, couldn't I just get a passport after and bypass the Neutralization Certificate change?
