Hello Everyone and Happy New Year!
My wife and I got to USA on a Green Card apart (the difference was 5 months) and thus we have different citizenship eligibility application times. My eligibility started in mid December, but my wife's and kids' starts somewhere in mid April 2015. My kids who, came with my wife, 5 months after myself, are in need of citizenship regarding playing for one of USA's Youth National Teams (Sport).
So, my question is, should I apply first and then my kids would get citizenship automatically on the basis of my citizenship or I should wait for my wife? Which way is more beneficial for my family and myself?
Thanks in advance
