N400 USPS question

Hi Recently mailed my wife's N400 application to the phoenix facility.

I used USPS priority mail and mailed it to following address:

USCIS
P.O. Box 21251
Phoenix, AZ 85036


Is this correct?
Even though my receipt says 85036 I dont know why the tracking shows delivered to 85034
(see attachment)
