July 4, 2014 Priority Date is what is shown for Fort Smith, which means 8-1/2 months (if you can believe the USCIS timeframe utility, which I don't).

The USCIS "Priority Date" display is only the dates of receipt of petitions currently being worked on by particular offices. Your specific submittal might be taking a little longer, but not likely much less time. What I find curious is that for my local office, Sacramento, CA, it says "five months," but for your office, Fort Smith, it says "July 3, 2014." I know from recent experience with friends here in Sacramento, CA, the "5 months" is a realistic timeframe.
