Question on the 5 last tax returns transcript

I need help on this question:
I have Legal Permanent Resident since 2008 and i'm planning on requesting my citizenship in 2016 in order to leave some my driving tickets to clear. The question is: will the latest Return be from 2010 to 2016 or will that be from the time that i was eligible 2008 to 2013?

Your last five current years, if u apply in 2016, (after filing 2015); would be from 2011 to 2015. (5 years).
Your reason for waiting until 'certain tickets clear' doesn't make any sense to me, as your whole 'history' is taken into consideration. Example, say, you had a DUI or a speeding ticket over $500. From 2009, and you applied for your citizenship in 2016, you would b required to mention it on your N-400, application and carry proof, of its out-come to your interview. Therefore, the waiting would be in vain.
