  • Documents along with naturalization form N-400

    Hi,
I am currently filing my N-400 application. I am single, never married, no children, have established continuous residency for 5 years minus 90 days, had certain trips outside of US but all less than 6 months (in last five years), and have a physical presence in US for more than 30 months. So, according to me the documents to be submitted with my N-400 should be two photos, copy of green card, naturalization fees.
but still for safe side is there any need to send IRS-certified tax return listing or I should be fine if i dont include IRS tax returns?

    Any help is appreciated

The tax return copy does not have to be IRS-certified. A photocopy of the facsimile Form 1040 or an IRS transcript will do, just to show that you filed an income tax return, though not a stipulated evidence requirement when submitting under the "5-year rule."
