Citizenship based on Labor Cert

I moved to Los Angeles, CA 3 months ago, but will be moving to San Francisco, CA next month. Do I have to wait 3 more months before filing for my citizenship?

As long as you are a resident of a given state for 3 months, you can apply. Both LA and SF are in CA.
