Hi all,
I have a question regarding the naturalization process. I got my green card in May 2010 but I only stayed for a month or so and went back to my country. In December 2010 I permanently moved back to the US for college and stayed here until now. So that means the 5 years will count from December 2010 not May 2010 right? I saw on the application form that I need to write down specific dates if I leave the country for vacation etc. Are they very anal with dates because I don't know the specific dates but know roughly around when. It says you must not leave for 6 months, is it 6 months added all together or just you cannot leave for 6 months at a time?
Any feedback would be appreciated. Thank you!
