Hi,
I have been a GC holder since 2006, but for most of that time my husband and I resided overseas as he was posted there by the US Air Force DoD. He's retired military and now a GS. I know that my time there is classed as 'on US soil' however am still uncertain how to fill in section 7 regarding addresses/jobs and time overseas. I did come back to the states at least once a year the whole time we were living there also. We were in England and I am a UK citizen, so I went to school whilst over there. We're now back in the states, and I have waited for the 3 month state residence requirement and am ready to file, just still not sure what to put in this section!
