How long does it take from date of interview to receive citizenship, on average? (SF Bay Area)

In Northern California, the Oath ceremony can be from 2 weeks to 2 months after a successful test and interview. The Northern California counties sometimes hold off scheduling the formal oath ceremony until there are plenty of approved applicants available for a high media public ceremony.
