  • 3 years and 18 months rule question

Hi, I'm a USC and my wife got her GC in February 2011, but we travel to home country for 11 month in 2012 and again in 2013. We came back January 2014 and have stayed in for 19 months straight, can my wife apply for her USC now?
She has been a PR for 4 years and stay here for more than 18 months.
    Thanks in advance.

Your wife's exits exceeding 6 months are what will hurt her Naturalization processing. If she stayed out for 11 months one time and another time exceeding 6 months, a denial is highly likely.
