Fill Earlier

Hi, Houston have a huge lag in the processing times for N-400 about 8-9 months right now.

My question is: Can I fill earlier my N400 trying to catch the right time, so instead of fill 3 months before my 5th GC anniversary, can I fill 6 months earlier?

No. You can only fill 90 days before your 5th anniversary.
