  • tasks issue, might be a problem in my petition

i am an American citizen since end of 2010, I live outside the USA .a housewife.
    never filed taxes before.
    1-is that a problem ?
2-should I have a sponsor for the taxes? ( I have a brother that lives and works in the usa )
3- I am a petitioner for my son's case in I-130 ,I know they will ask for my documents as a petitioner ,but I live outside the USA will that be a problem ??

    any help is appreciated

You will have to show, domicile. Proof as a resident, bank state in USA, rent or mortgage receipts, taxes etc.
If you don't live in the USA, as you said, and has nothing to show for domicile, you will have a problem to petition for your son.
You will be instructed what's necessary to be done. The theory would be, why would you need to have your child here and you living elsewhere. When migration, is to bring family together not separate them.

His uncle, (your brother) cannot petition for him. He could be the person for affidavit of support, if you were living here and not able to. Other than that. No.
