When to file my naturalization application?

Hey,

I got my green card on 01/14/2011 ... I was wondering when should I apply for citizenship? The date I'm getting from USCIS website's calculator is 10/16/2015 ... Should I send my application on the exact date or should I send it on 10/17/2015 to be on the safe side?

Also, when I'm filling the form online, it's not automatically filling the A number on all the pages except the first page ... Should I write it by hand on the other pages ?
