Hello,
In filling out the N-400, it's not clear exactly what to put in Part 8, Time Spent Outside US. If we list the last year and half we've been stationed abroad as the most recent "trip", won't that give the wrong impression? --As if it was our choice, rather than by military orders to be out of the country?
Our current overseas address is reflected in Part 4, Information About Your Residence, of course. But we're not sure the most correct answer to Part 8.
