USA Citizenship Process - Early Filing

I reallly appreciate your valuable response reg the following.

Since I am planning to apply for USA Citizenship N400 before 90 days ie. Early Filing, how does the process work ? Does USCIS start working on my application immediately upon receipt or they wait for 90 days and start opening my case. By any chance, since this year is election year does all the application stages move in fast phase than regular phase? Pls advise

I went thru early filing. Process is the same. I sent my application on Jan 12 and got my FP done 2/2.
