Wife is applying for citizenship.
- She came over 5 years ago (single, under maiden name)
- We got married a year ago, she changed her name on SS and driver's license but not on the GC
- I'm a US citizen already (if that matters)
Am I correct to assume that:
1) Current legal name would be w/ my last name? (Part 2.1)
2) Name as it appears on the GC is w/ her maiden name? (Part 2.2)
3) Doe she need to do the "name change" or will the current legal name (my last name) be used for the citizenship? (Part 2.4)
