When my green card was about to expire, I filed I90 to renew my GC. One month later, I filed for naturalization application. Will the N400 application delays my GC renewal? I need to travel and use an unexpired GC. I am worried if the naturalization will put GC renewal on hold.

It shouldn't delay the process. In any case, if you need to travel before you get your GC, you can go to local USCIS office to get the I-551 stamp on your passport.
