Dear all..i have a GC from EB-1 and applied for naturalization.. interview passed but decision was not made yet.. this has been in August 2015 and still awaiting oath letter.. the officer mentioned that they have to go through my documents.. not sure if this happened to any other EB-1 holders.. help or advice appreciated..

My husband got his GC thru EB-1 and his CZ process was normal with no extra checks.
Your holdup might be due to slower background check. It has been so long since your interview that you should make an infopass and be on the follow-up. After a year, you can even file a writ of Mandamus. Also google to read up on your options at this point.Application Center: CKGS NY
