No Interview appt

Hi everybody , i'm desperate , i applied with my wife in Dec 16th as i remember( Newark center ) , we had our FP on Jan 12th 2016 , then she received her interview appt on April 15th and had done the interview and oath together 2-3 weeks ago , Me still nothing happened , online status is case was received on Dec 22nd , and nothing by mail received , i had an infopass 10 days ago and the officer did not add any update to my case , kept telling me that it is still in NBC and he could not tell me anything. i'm in a mess , some friends are telling me to take attorney's advice others say just wait and give it time ,,, its been 5 months and 16 days since application .. any body can advise me what to do please ...

Nope Antonio... still waiting , i have an info pass next Monday .. and although i'm totally sure that it will be of NO use as officers there don't have any useful updates .. still i'm going just to let the usual routine goes on ....

I have been waiting since November, 2015...that makes it 8 months. Not sure what to do...I am told that the best thing to do is to wait.

As I heard about NDC, It`s processing times is a bit of a misnomer in some immigrant cases and it does not determine the processing times for I-485 and N-400 applications which constitute the majority of workload they have current.As I heard about NDC, It`s processing times is a bit of a misnomer in some immigrant cases and it does not determine the processing times for I-485 and N-400 applications which constitute the majority of workload they have current.

You can wait some days or approach the USCIS field officers about your status.

I finally had my interview this week (9/20) and oath ceremony yesterday (9/23).

Here is our timeline:

Applied for Citizenship (both me and my wife) : 11/10/15
Biometrics Appointment: 11/30/15

Status change of USCIS webpage: 8/11/16
Interview scheduled: 9/20/16
Oath Ceremony: 9/23/16

Total duration for my wife: 3 months and 9 days
Total duration for me: 10 months and 13 days

So please be patient. The officers and staff at the Philadelphia office were very helpful throughout the entire process. A big thanks to them!
