I recently passed the citizenship test and was told to wait for the oath letter to arrive in mail now 3 months later I received a letter from the same officer who took my test to Come on July 20th . The reason on the form is sign forms I am really nervous and wanted to know if this is normal or should I hire an immigration attorney . The July 20 date is either for your oath, or possibly to clarify something that was incomplete on your application or during your interview.

Don't assume that you need assistance with the interview.
You may or may not, depending on the questions they ask and the information you have for them.
If you can speak English fairly well and can answer questions, just go in and see the officer and see what h/she wants.
Lawyers are expensive. That being said, we can't give legal advice, so I don't know what your situation is.
Why do you think you may need a lawyer?
Good Luck!
