hi,

this concerns my mother-in-law. she's an illegitimate daughter of a US citizen who is now considered dead because he was MIA during the war.

how can she avail of her rights as a daughter of a US citizen? what steps should she do? she has been twice denied for a visitor's visa to the US and i would like to help her set foot in her father's homeland.
