Folks, I am about to file my N-400 application and I have this question:
Is N-400 background check exactly the same as Green Card background check?
I am asking because I had very fast processing of my green card (I-485) application during which background check was completed in about a week (back in 2012). Based on that, should I expect fast background check for my N-400?
I go my green card through the national interest waiver (NIW) EB2 category and I had no single problem, not even, traffic citation in the past 4.5 years.
