I have been married for 5 years, from April 2011 to May 2016. I was unable to file for Naturalization in 2015 due to moving, changing address and other financial reasons. However, the marriage fell apart shortly after the new year, and ended with divorce in May 2016.
I have been a permanent resident since June 2012. My question is, am I still eligible for early filing? I mean considering the circumstances that I was eligible for early filing when I was LPR, married and living with my (ex) wife for more than 3 years in 2015.
