Based on where I live, I'm supposed to have my interview in Norfolk but instead they assigned my interview in Fairfax. Did this ever happen to you? I'm just curious as to why this happened.

Congrats on the interview, could you provide a timeline for your filing process? I just submitted my application, and supposed to be processed by the Norfolk office as well. It seems like not too many filers here are from VA so am just wondering.

They might have scheduled you for the Fairfax office because the Fairfax office is processing applications faster than the Norfolk office and therefore can help over some of the workload?

Norfolk interview.

I had my interview in Norfolk on Nov 30, 2017. Still waiting to be scheduled for an oath ceremony... . Anyone else still waiting for over 2 months for the oath?
