Naturalization wait time

I live in Portland, OR. Filed my naturalization application with the Phoenix service center and had my biometrics appointment last month.
Trying to understand how long the current wait times are?
Is it by the local office (Portland) or the service center (Phoenix)?

Where can I find info about what dates they are processing?

I filed in Phoenix in July 2016. Did biometrics in Las Vegas in August. Got my interview date in March 2017 and my oath ceremony is this Friday
