    Hi everyone!
I was born on 1994 and got my green card on 2001. My father became a naturalized citizen on 2009 which I was 15 at that time.
but my N-600 was denied due to I haven't got a school record to show an evidence for physical custody form 2009-2012.
Am I a us citizen? Is that possible to apply a US passport without N-600?
    Thanks so much for helping!

You are a US citizen. You need some evidence that you were in the physical and legal custody of your father at the time to prove it. Just apply for a US passport. You don't need a Certificate of Citizenship to apply for a US passport; that certificate is a big waste of money.

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.

If your parents were married at the time, a copy of your parents' marriage certificate.
