i am qualified to file the N400 form for US citizenship by this November 2017. But i have an international business travel in October for a week long.
USCIS page says, "In addition, applicants are required to show they have resided for at least three months immediately preceding the filing of Form N-400 in the USCIS district or state where the applicant claims to have residency (See 8 CFR §316.2(a)(5) & §319.1(a)(5))."
Does this trip affect my USCIS-required residency condition (5 years of Continuous Residence and 30 months of Physical Presence )?
am i still able to file N400 form by November when i return from the oversea trip ? or do i have to wait for additional 3 months before filing N400 ?
