I live in Florida and was scheduled for an interview at the Jacksonville USCIS office. I then received a notice (sent from New York) that my appointment had been canceled 'due to unforeseen circumstances'. I then received another notice from New York saying I'd been scheduled for an interview in NYC. Is this normal or is it most likely a mistake? I've been advised to request a rescheduling, but I have been waiting for a while and do not want to delay the process any longer.
