If you are planning to file in San Francisco, please call them before you do 90 day N400 early filing. They are not recognizing applications done via early filing in some cases, and they don't tell you until you are at the interview. Then you have to start the whole process again.

there is a calculator to make sure you had the right filling date, you can try it https://www.uscis.gov/us-visa-and-im...ing-calculator and if they reject the case without the proper reason you will certainly right to appeal.
