  • Exemptions from the English Language Test

    Hi all,

I see this question and answers are "No" for all three questions. However, I don't find this section while filling the form. How can these answers be modified?

My attorney is telling me that I should answer "Yes" for 13.A & 13.B. I can't understand why would I need to do that and she is unable to explain it to me. I am really confused about this section and the origin of it.

I am 39 years old and can read/write/speak english. In my mind all the answers should be "No". Can any one please help.

    Rgds,
    Rahul

I am not trying to undermine you but you stated your age and you appear fluent in English, why would you seek exemption from the English Test? You are already answering your own question. Good luck.

Thanks for your honest reply. I am just confused as my lawyer insisted that I need to answer "yes" for 1st two questions. may be she forgot my age!!!
