Leaving blank questions on application for naturalization

Hello,

I am filling the application for naturalization but some questions #4-A. on section 12 is DO YOU NOW HAVE, OR DID YOU EVER HAVE, A HEREDITARY TITLE OR AN ORDER OF NOBILITY THAT YOU HAVE IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY? My answer is no but do I leave 4-B that says IF YOU ANSWERED "YES" ARE YOU WILLING TO GIVE UP BLAH BLAHHH BLAHH (You guys get the rest) blank? or do I put N/A?
