Questions regarding N-400 form

I am in the process of filing my N-400. My mother recently became a citizen and it is required that I fill out her alien number on my application. At this time, I do not have access to that information. Am I still able to file my application without including my mother's alien number?

Your mother is no longer an alien. She surrendered her green card when she became naturalized. I looked that the N-400, it states Alien number (if any). You can just enter N/A there. It's not applicable to her anymore.
