I would like to know if my social security number, social security payments and medicare insurance would cease to exist if i am subject to immigration proceeding or are these sufficient evidence to show strong ties to the US ?

if green card is revoked and i apply for a visa can i will i still gets them ? if i paid taxes then i am entitled to it, right ?

If you lose your legal permanent resident status, you SHOULD NOT receive Medicare benefits, even if your Medicare does not automatically get cancelled.
(It probably will not automatically be cancelled but that does not mean you should continue to receive Medicare benefits.)
Medicare benefits are only for US citizens and Legal Permanent residents who have been LPRs for 5 years or longer.
(If you have received Medicare benefits PRIOR to having lived 5 years as an LPR, your LPR status is in jeopardy.)

Your social security number itself would not automatically cease to exist. Plenty of people with non-immigrant visas have a social security number.

If you are just freaking out thinking that getting your naturalization application denied means you are also losing your permanent resident status, you shouldn't worry so much as long as you haven't violated the terms of your green card. You are still an LPR even if your N400 is denied.
However, if the USCIS somehow finds, while reviewing your N400, that you have violated the terms of your LPR status, they will deny your N400 and could take the case to the immigration court to have your LPR status revoked as well.
