Few days ago I received this update to my n400 application.

Please contact the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 for additional information.?

I called the number and the automated system said that USCIS is still reviewing my application. Is that normal? Some say this is a system error while others say it means that I should be getting an update soon. Did anyone experience this issue before?
