Yes, absolutely normal but not usual. It is just you might be in a place where there are not many immigrants applying for N400!

Yes, coz the biometrics expire after 15 months. Hence they need to do your biometrics to check if you are all clear and not done anything nasty in the last 15 months!

Yes it was online, just got the interview date today for the first week of September.

July 9/18 - Apply on line
July 13/18- Schedule Biometric appointment
July 31/18- Complete biometric
Aug 16/18- Schedule Interview on Sept 22/18

I like to know that it is usual to get early Interview

I am not surprised . Jacksonville is one if the fastest processing city in the whole U.S . Good luck . i had to wait for 11 months to get an interview in Atlanta.

How did you get your GC ? Employment or Family ? That might be a factor. Family GCs are getting scheduled earlier for N400 interviews.
