N-400 Questions

My wife and I plan to apply for citizenship and have few questions.

1) After filling the form online, can I print it double sided for the purpose of mailing to USINS ?

2) My wife has the maiden name on greencard and the Indian passport and would like to take my last name now. Do I simply fill the new last name in the Current Legal Name field and add a copy of the marriage certificate?

1. Yes.
2. No. Changing is the name is a big procedure and it is best to avoid that. It will delay your process.
